Returns

Please email hellopetalandplant@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we will be more than happy to speak with you. Please do not send back any item until you have contacted us. To remain FDA compliant, we are not able to accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. You may return any unused, item for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee, up to 7 days from date of purchase after speaking with a Petal and Plant representative. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or used.

If your product is received broken or damaged, please notify Petal and Plant immediately so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
